Here’s how it works:
- Families submit a booking through the app
- At Little Lovelies you will be assigned a vetted carer based on the location, the child’s age and other specifics like driving and special requirements
- Families receive the carer’s profile directly and get a message to confirm
- Your carer will reach out to you through the in app messaging service to introduce themselves and to ask questions
- Behind the scenes, the agency is there every step of the way.
Carers aren’t just names in a list either. Everyone has been:
- Interviewed in person
- Reference checked
- Verified with a valid WWCC
- First Aid + CPR certified
- All carers complete a thorough induction process, including an assessment to ensure they understand and meet Little Lovelies’ standards and expectations
- A minimum of 2 years paid childcare experience (most have much more!).
If a booking falls through, the agency arranges a replacement- no stress, no scrambling.
For nannies and sitters, it’s just as seamless
The app sends notifications for jobs in their area, allows repeat bookings, and keeps communication clear. Plus, carers have a real support team backing them… something you don’t get with most platforms.
