Our team will register you (our client) for PAYG Withholding and obtain a Withholding Payer Number (WPN), lodge TFN Declarations, report and pay withheld taxes to the ATO on your behalf, and provide PAYG Payment Summaries to employees and lodge end of financial year reports with the ATO.
All employers in Australia are required to adhere to Fair Work obligations as covered by the Fair Work Act 2009. When a domestic employee works over 30 hours a week with a family, they legally must be paid Super. It is often standard for Super to be offered/asked for in arrangements with less hours as well. We make it easy for you to provide your valued employee with Super and will make quarterly contributions on your behalf to their nominated account.
When employing a domestic employee, you are required to hold this insurance. It covers you legally and financially if a worker is injured in your home. NannyPay will liaise with you to obtain the satisfactory level of Workers Compensation Insurance required for your employee/s and organise the documentation involved.
Single Touch Payroll (STP) is an initiative from the Australian Government to streamline the reporting of information about employees.
